OUR STORY

The firm of Young, Wollstein, Jackson & Whittington, LLC has a combined legal experience of over 140 years. The firm has developed and maintained a very high reputation for skill, competence and integrity across a broad spectrum of legal knowledge and experience.

The firm was originally formed July 31, 1995 and moved to its current location at 1304 Quintard Avenue, Anniston, Alabama in 1998. On October 1, 1999, attorneys from three firms combined their broad experience and reputations to re-establish the firm as Rogers, Young, Wollstein, Jackson & Whittington, LLC. The firm membership at that time was comprised of Michael D. Rogers, Esq., Thomas H. Young, Esq., Stephen K. Wollstein, Esq., William H. Jackson, Esq. and Joseph E. Whittington, Esq. In 2003, Michael D. Rogers, Esq. left the firm to become the United States Congressman for the 3rd District of Alabama. With his departure the firm became Young, Wollstein, Jackson & Whittington, LLC.

The motivation and objective of this joining of talent, experience and skill was to create a firm that would be driving legal force for the services in Northeast Alabama while pursuing the rights and serving the needs of its clients. The firm focuses primarily in the areas of Personal injury, Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Business Formation and consultation, Social Security, Workers Compensation and Estate planning and Probate.
